Function:
"E" series of paper tube machine ,high torque、heavy duty、stable.
Standardly for making tube 24”（ID605MM), Max wall thick under 30MM； and others tube 32"(ID812MM) and tube 48"(ID1016) for chosen, max up to 48 plies
Use: specially used for making big size and thicker wall industrial heavy duty paper tube.
Model can make spiral paper tube with gluing ,winding, cutting together on.
Functions:
1.High torque output ,make tube ID1000MM MAX, Max wall thick under 30MM.
2.with high speed saw blade cutting device ,and dust removing device.
3.Main structure made by thicker steels which finished by processing of re-cutting and welding,make machine much more stable and strong.
4.Main transmission adopt gear reductor , low-noise, low-heating, high revolution, high torque.
5.Main motor adopt Vectorial high torque inverter speed adjusting.
6.With hydraumatic device to adjust belt tension, with belt tension sensor and belt angle sensor, both can be adjusted automatically.
7.With synchronous cutting system, cutting table adopt high precision ball screw and high performance server motor drive.
8. With pulse length fixation control, cooperated with front feedback compensation function, can keep the same length in different producing speed.
9.Adopt double PLC control system, IO output control and functional operation separate control , to increase cutting reaction speed, with better cutting accuracy.
10.With new control panel and big size colorful main machine touching interface .
11.With multi functional bottom paper feeding device, will stop once paper break.
12.With integral paper reel stand, glue stand, paper feeding assembly, all are electrical control.
